I filled out an offer on July 31st. I was to be awarded 152 gems for signing up to godaddy.com. I never received my gems so I sent in a complaint to Tapjoy. They issued me a ticket number. I supplied all information to them, the email, their gem offer for completing the purchase. And supplied the email showing my account information. I haven't heard 1 word back from them. So I just emailed them yet again the other day and still haven't heard 1 word from them. This is ridiculous that they cannot get back to you in a timely manner, nor do they provide any thing else to help out the situation. They should not only give you the balance that is owed, i.e gems. They should give you credit for more since its their ignorance on why this ticket has yet to be resolved!!!
