I'm in Australia. I ordered 3 bottles each of garcinia and cleanse catalyst. I received no confirmation email or shipping email or anything. But they took my money $216.
Now its october, I still haven't received anything either product or incconfirmation emails.
I have written to mary ann about this repeatedly. At first she advised to wait two weeks and if I received nothing to let her know and she would process a Full refund. Then it became, well its shipped so I can only gove a partial refund. Ans so on.
To date I have no proof they've shipped my order, no refund of anything and no product.
Over this and want my money back now.
Update: 10/28/2013
I've submitted a summary of events and copied all emails to pdf and uploaded them twice. Please let me know if you have the two pdf files as its not showing as uploaded here.

They resent the product. I have returned it via aust post with a tracking number. Received automated email saying they no longer reply via email but the phone numbers don't work.
I've done everything they've asked, all I want is my money back.
