First I am a 76 yr old man.
I phoned to order their hearing device.
$29.95 for two ,plus shipping for the 2nd.
I was connected to an automated "order system"
I was continually asked to buy add-on's -
I replied "NO" to each request including a guarantee.[Order #GTVC00258870
I received my order -- 4 units plus guarantee.
Total $146.28 [ to my Master Card ]
I phoned them. All in all , I was offered a refund of $31.80 --- I keep everything except the guarantee.
OR
A minimal refund if I returned the entire package.

Result : I have 4 hearing aids & chargers for $114.$8 instead of $$29.95 I expected.

This is downright misrepresentation if not fraud.
I hope you can publish my complaint so that others will not get "taken" too.
