I authorized $4.95 on my card for a trial of colothin on 9/16/13. I was then charged $69.95 on 10-1-13 that I did not authorized. I called the phone number on my bank statement to ask for a refund, the phone connection died. I tried to call back numerous times only to be sent to elevator music automically.
