I sent reminders asking for refund by e-mail on March 4,2012, December 7,2012 and September 19,2013, however I received no response and no refund.
Update: 10/14/2013
I also returned 2 empty bottles of Synerflex and asked for a refunf of $86..85.
This refers to my e-mails of December 7, 2012 and September 19, 2013.
