So I have ordered this formal black & white mermaid dress that looked gorgeous on September 20th. That was two weeks ago. It said that the max time of processing for the dress is 12 calendar days (Plus Expedited Shipping). Alright, I ordered the dress and I have been looking at the track order for over 13 days now and it still hasn't been shipped/updated. By that time, I live-chatted with FIVE personnels to figure out was is going on but TWO never responded, the other TWO said to give it more time and never responded after that and only ONE said I was get my dress before the date of my homecoming. By far the worst costumer service I have ever received in my whole life. I recommend not to buy a dress here. Absolutely terrible.
