A designer fragrance was purchased as a gift for me. While the website boasts of great "dealz" - oh please, and a lenient return policy. Both were false. They stated the fragrance costs $159.00 in department stores and in the three I checked, Nordstrom, Macy's and Dillards it retails for $115.00. I also wished to exchange the fragrance because it's not my taste and the cap was chipped. However, I discovered on their packing slip that they do not return or exchange for belts, scarfs or fragrance - which the word fragrance was misspelled. Well, that's by far the majority of all they sell, so in other words - MOST things cannot be returned or exchanged.They also include the details of the senders transaction to the gift receiver like price, what credit card they used etc., very tacky. I highly recommend not using this website and buying your fragrance from a trusted department store where you will get the fragrance in good condition and if the recipient does need to exchange or returnit, they can do that easily. I used to work for a major cosmetic company and know that millions of dollars worth of these types of items are stolen from warehouses or off the trucks that transport the merchandise and they end up on the black market - like this. It is buyer beware. This website should be shut down.
