I ordered T-shirt designs, and company signage for my work truck. It took about two weeks, and what they done looked nasty. I got back with them 5 more times, each call was a minimum of a half hour, still signs and T-shirts where still nothing, you would display, to anybody. On the website they have, here is the guarantee. 365-Day, 100% No Risk Guarantee!...If you are unhappy with your logo or service, for any reason we will refund all your money paid to us, that simple, No fees are deducted. 1) You cannot contact by phone (The Billing Department.) 2) called over twenty times to get nowhere, They kept saying they would move it up to a new level, still nothing. 3) During all the phone calls I was emailing them, I did get response at first, last thing said refund in 21 days, still three months, nothing. They will not even email back now. Also there customer service hung-up on me today...Watch out for these clowns...
