I placed an order for a wig (GBP £95.00) around the 10/08/13. I received a confirmantion of my order on 15/08/2013, ref number: wig 1300077720. My order should have reached me at very latest early September. On 07/09 I sent an e-mail chasing a possible delivery date, then again on the 10/09/13 and again on 14/09/13. I finally got a reply on 16/09/13 asking for more time to process my order. this has been going on and on and on!! Today we are the 01/11/13 and still I'm waiting on my order. Due to sheer frustration and anger, I have now requested for an immediate refund in full, to which they have not argued, which makes me think that the wig was not even near ready to be despatched and I think now they never had any intentions to process nor despatch my order but welcomed my payment which incidently was made by PAYPAL though I do not have a PAYPAL account!!! So I wonder how this was possible?? But I fear I may have lost my money. I would really appreciate your comment and advise on this matter. should you require further info you can contact me on the following e-mail (Personal Information Removed).
