International boundaries
Ordered product on Oct. 29th before 4pm, which meant same day shipping. 8 days later and numerous emails and phone calls and nothing. A bogus FedEx tracking number was eventually emailed to me that says shipment initiated(called FedEx and they informed me a shipping label was printed but no package was sent). Called Blinq.com and they keep telling me it is overnighted. Their customer service is disgusting as no one seems to care to right my situation even though they had my money from day 1.
