Ordered a free trial sample of their products that I didn't receive until over a month later. A representative called me about 3 weeks ago wanting me to add an exercise program along with the samples. I told him I wasn't interested and also that I didn't want anything more than the free trial bottles that I had already paid the shipping for because I wasn't even sure that I would try them. Today I received another 2 bottles and over $163.00 charged to my CC. When I called to have them reverse the charges I got some B.S. about how I had to cancel within 2 weeks or I'd keep getting them every month. How do you cancel within 2 weeks when they don't even ship them to you for over a month? I told them they had two options. One: Reverse the charges with me on the phone right then or Two: Reverse the charges when my attorney calls them. Within an hour I got 2 email confirmations that the charges are reversed and my order has been cancelled. What a scam.
