I ordered last July 29 and until now, Nov 6, 2013 my order has not arrived yet. I already called and emailed several times but they never reply back and I think they banned my telephone number already. I requested for a refund but they never get back to me as well.

Please rest assured that we have feedback this to the management, and we are doing the best to improve the delivery time frame.
Our delivery time frame is usually between 1 to 4 weeks after the campaign has ended. But however, due to several unforeseen factors including but not limited to (delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters' strike, delay in receiving products from brand partners etc.), which resulted in delay shipping.
