I ordered items last April 6, 2015 worth Php700.00 plus the shipping/ delivery fee of around Php300.00. It says that I will get the items in 4 days. After 5 days and still no tracking number, I decided to e-mail Brandsfever and ff-up my order. All I got was an automatated answer saying that shipment is delayed and that they are "sorry" for any inconveniences caused. It was only last April 30 that I got a tracking number for my shipment. They sent the item out from Singapore to the Phils. only last April 30. Worse, after that I had to ff-up my shipment now to the Philippine Post because Brandsfever said that they don't have any jurisdiction now on the shipment. May 22, 2015, I got a letter from the Philphost stating that I need to get my items personally (as opposed to the door-to-door delivery promised by Brandsfever) because Brandsfever sent my shipment as "ordinary mail" instead of an "express mail". When I got to the Philpost, I was asked to pay taxes amounting to Php3,000. I was shocked and asked why because the items I ordered were only Php700. The lady from Philpost showed me that Brandsfever declared that the items costs $281 as opposed to the $34 I paid. what a scam! good thing I printed the invoice and showed it to her. In the end, I still paid Php 500 for "taxes". It has been a very unpleasant experience and I won't ever order from Bransfever again. They have arrogant customer service agents who don't listen to the complaints of their customers.
