I ordered these products in September that were advertised as much less than what I was billed for. When I received them and the bill, I called the company and they said as long as I had not opened the bottles I could send them back. So I have been waiting for a refund which has never come. Consequently I called the company today and was told that the bottles were open and I would be getting no refund.

I reiterated that the bottles had not been opened when I sent them back, but they disagreed saying that they had been opened. After several minutes of arguing, I realized it was not going to do me any good, so I am out almost $190 which makes me just sick to my stomach. I hope this company is going out of business as I don't know how any company can just lie their way out of refunding clients their money when their products are misrepresented.
