I have purchased from Justfab before, I knew what I was signing up for, and I agreed to it. I loved what I purchased and always remembered to skip the month. In September my card was charged twice, once from an account I had already cancelled, and once from my new account. I had clicked skip the month on my new account, but when I logged in it showed that I had not. The old account was also still there. Both accounts are still working, apparently. to cancel the first one (in August) I had to call twice, and was on hold more than an hour. I have called to cancel my current account four times and have yet to even get through. Once, I was hung up on when I said "I'd like to cancel my account". I'm changing banks because of this.
