I put $30 on my account this morning and when I came home from work this evening I was -15.95. I called the company thinking this must be a mistake and they told me I had to pay 36.00 in taxes for a month worth of phone calls that they never charged me for. I have always payed a flat rate since I started using them in May and now all of a sudden they are charging taxes and without any warning. Nothing on there website says anything about taxes. I would have had to talk to my inmate 2-3 times a day everyday for it to be the amount they are saying and I know that didn't happen because I couldn't afford that. They are a scam!!!!
