When inmate from Marion county jail in Indianapolis IN calls you computer saying to fund call deposit min of $25 via credit/debt card. I did that and inmate still can not call their system does not work here. I called told them ask for complete refund said they can only refund 18.75 I then talked to a supervise was told they would refund whole $25 called back 2 weeks later no refund now they say it will be 30 days said they told me that even though they did not.
