I stupidly and for the first time ordered Garcinia Cambogia and Cleanse Catalyst Plus through a FB site. Buy 3 bottles get 2 free for both products and thought the total would be $32 for each product. It did not give me a total. I did receive both products in October some time but due to ill health my doctor advised not to take them. I emailed Mary Ann Jones, Hampton Naturals Support Specialist and copies to their 2 other email addresses explaining that I will be returning the unopened and sealed products due to my health. The reply was your order was shipped must have got lost and shipping another lot. So I replied I do not want any more of the products and will be returning the products due to ill health and asked for an address. No reply so I emailed again and said read my emails and also advised that I can go on FB and post my views about the lack of service. With that I got a reply to return the products and provide them with the tracking number and as soon as they receive the products I will get a full refund. I tracked the parcel and they received on 7 November. I tried the toll free number from the link in the emails I had received as they would no longer reply by email. It didn't work because of the +61. So I called the other number and got Colorado so that's going to cost me because they kept putting me on hold. They said the package had not been received. I emailed again only to receive the 24/7 so called customer support numbers again. Today I successfully phoned 1800 181 304 Australian Toll Free no and got an Asian lady who assured me it was toll free. It better be. I told her the tracking no and that Mary Ann Jones said I would get a full refund. The Asian lady firstly offered a 25% refund for both products and I said no that's not good enough as I have email proof that I was promised a full refund of $160 for each of the products. Then she tried to tell me there was a $5 per bottle cancellation fee which would mean another $50 and I said this is not satisfactory as I had already paid $45 to return them so they could be tracked. I said I've got proof that I was to get the full refund and I could email it. She asked me a few times my post code and then told me a wrong address for my postal address and apologised that she had the wrong account on her screen. She then found my account and agreed to refund the full amount. I said do you still have my bank details which she said yes and that I would have the credit in my account within 3 to 5 days. I hope she's telling the truth. I rang my bank to ask if they could only accept a credit but no debits. They said they could only do that if I changed my card but I can't do that until I get the credit. Then I will change my card. If they do try to debit my card again I will be advising the Australian Federal Police. I will also be going on every site on FB and that this product keeps coming up and tell my story. I'm waiting to see if I get my refund. I was given a refund code and I hope it's not bogus.

Update: 11/16/2013

Surprisingly I received my credit for $320 today. As it is Sunday I will cancel my card tomorrow. Yay!

  • Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions.
    Check your account statement for the merchant name that they have used to charge the fraudulent amounts, they will appear as website address's such as buyhlper.com, hightrendauctions.com, hlpsupp.com etc etc or some other random name, there are many they use to try and scam people.
    Then file a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges. Tell them you have never had any contact with the merchants on your account and insist they claim fraud on your behalf. Credit Card International Rules do allow for the reversal of fraudulent transactions.
    Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.

  • Hi...i also ordered from here and thought it sounded sheepish from the start. However the products did turn up. Are they totally products as well?
