I ordered on 31st July. Its 5 months i have not received the item. i call them everyday and they give me the same answer "i will check with the courier service"!
they don't want to give a refund until they hear from their courrier service! and thats taking months!

Please rest assured that we have feedback this to the management, and we are doing the best to improve the delivery time frame.
Our delivery time frame is usually between 1 to 4 weeks after the campaign has ended. But however, due to several unforeseen factors including but not limited to (delay in delivery through the courier partner, transporters' strike, delay in receiving products from brand partners etc.), which resulted in delay shipping.
