I was looking for ESTA Visas on the Internet and found only ESTA VISAS ORG. Not the one I expected, ESTAVISAS GOV. So I checked in and had the application accepted and paid USD 14 the normal amount. But somehow they had changed this to 140 dollars, which I found out when I got te papers from the credit card company!! I never got any receipt or actual paper like I get from the Government papers. Normally I get a warning from the travel agent to click on the access to ESTA visas Gov. But I wanted to have it done in time. therefore I took this entrance. When I came to the airport on October 8th, of course the number I had got on a very simple paper, was not accepted, But the person at the desk was very kind and helped me get another ESTA Visa for another 14 dollars!

When I sent my complaint to the fraud company, all I got was the answer that thery are an application,verification and submission service, undertaking applications as an unaffiliated third party. Our charge per ESTA aplication is USD 140 (which was not informed during my application!). We endeavour to supply youwith your approved ESTA notification withiin a 24 hour period (which they actually did).

As we have provided you with a Visa Waiver you can no longer cancel application and you are not eligible for a refund.

And then in small letters they write:

CANCELLATION RIGHTS: Once you have submitted your application with us online or over the phone (but no-one answered that phone number!!), you have agreed that we may instantly begin the processing of your application and proved our services. As a result you will not have any right to cancel under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. This is because, under Regulation 13(1) (a), you lose your right to cancel if you agree that we can start providing the services within the cancellation period.

And none of this was to be seen before I sent my complaint to them on November 26, 2013.

A regular and known fraud such as this really ought to be reported to the legal authorities, with a strict action taken towards fraudulent companies like this!!

I do hope that someone will take such an action upon receipt of this note.
