I have placed an order on 30th OCT 2013 with tbdress for a shoes for my wedding. I have made my payment and then they sent me a mail around 6th of NOV 2013, telling me that the order has been shipped.
they gave me a tracking number and a link.
The link is not opening at all saying that it is error 404. then i have tried with the tracking online, nothing was there. SO i have decided to call tbdress, everyone said that i have to contact the local post office, and that's what i have done, but surprise, the local post office said that the tracking number is invalid, that there is no order registered under this number.
I called them and they said that they i have to wait. Now its been one month, and i don't have my shoes. they ruined my wedding, because they made me buy a shoes from a shop that was horrible because it was in the last minute. and till now they is no reply from them! they just took my money and ruined my wedding
