I ordered 4 items from TB Dress. Two shirts and two jackets. I received an email on November 20th (like 5 days after I placed the order) saying my 1 package of the 4 items had shipped out. It gave me numbers for each individual item, and 1 number for 1 package to track. I'd assumed they'd just boxed everything up in 1 box. So far I've only received 1 of the jackets, which looks pretty much NOTHING like the picture. Also does not fit although I went by the sizing chart. I've been contacting them by email, and I just basically keep getting told to be patient. Although it's been almost a month. Every time I try to call the given number, it says it's busy. I'm extremely frustrated at this point and just want my money back. Does anyone have any suggestion as to how I go about this?
