We booked reservations thru Olotels.com. We were supposed to receive a conformation E-Mails that we need to present to the hotel when we arrive. I have not been able to get thru to the proper people regarding this. The money has already been withdrawn from our charge card by Olotels.com. I talked to some people at different numbers that I have gotten from the internet but the people I talk to don't have records of my reservation. Even though I gave them our Booking and Client # which they gave me when I booked.
