I booked a two night stay at a hotel in Cambria, California through Hotels.com but was re-routed to Olotels.com to make the reservation and pay the bill. I received a confirmation via computer that this had been done, but when I contacted the hotel several weeks later to confirm my arrival, they indicated that my name did not appear on their reservation roster and that they had not been paid in advance for the room. My credit card has already been debited and I have no place to stay when I leave on vacation in less than a week. This website is a TOTAL SCAM and should be investigated and prosecuted to the full extent of the law!!!
