I only ordered the free sample of this product. I looked all over the site and did not see where they stated I had to cancel future orders. An order was sent to me which I received today. I had a difficult time trying to find a phone number for them to call until I found this site which gave the phone number and address. I called and spoke to Sandy and was told I didn't cancel so another shipment went out. I told her I was not going to pay for something I didn't order. We came to an agreement that I would keep the product and they would only charge me $20.00 and cancel any future orders. I don't feel it was my mistake since I couldn't find anything stating I should cancel within 30 days but I am not being charged the full price and they were very gracious on the phone about reducing the money and cancelling my account.
