This company is a total scam. I did not see nor was I told that I needed to cancel within 30 days of the "free trial", however I did send an email to customer service less than 30 days after I placed my order saying I wanted to cancel and wanted to be reimbursed the $69.95 I was charged for Splendry and the $69.95 I was charged for Levela. I only emailed customer service because I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone when I called the number listed. After a month of not being reimbursed I called customer service--this time they answered--and was told I would not be issued a reimbursement because I had not notified customer service. Apparently they don't check their emails? After getting angry, the customer service rep finally told me the only thing she'd be "willing to do" for me was to reimburse me $100 total. After telling her I wanted my entire $140 back, she tried to convince me it would be more inconvenient to send the trial bottles back to be reimbursed the entire amount and I should just take the $100. This company is a complete sham. Don't order this junk!
