I bought 4 juwelry sets on the 28th of oktober 2013.
I had planned them for my comming wedding (5 Decemeber 2013)
I received the first one afther two weeks, Two others i received afther 4 weeks in november 2013. All the juwelry sets i received in a nice cassette whit soft sell insite. Weeks i had to wait for my last one.

What surprises me was i made one order and they came to me 1 afther one. On my weddingday i want to wear the one whiot the off white pearls and rhinestones. Before i left the house i already lost a pearl of one of my earrings.
I had to wait till 11 december for my last one, till the second week of december 2013.
I received the set in a brown cheap carton/ paper post. When i opened it i found a set i didnt regognised as the one i orderd. The model is the same, but i received it in a two color red Rhinestone whit white rhinestones. I orderd a multicolored one.
I opend it and saw that one of the Red Rhinestones was loose fom the neckledge. So i received it allso dammaged.
The set was at a simple board carton and in a plastic bag. Not like the first three i received in a red board carton box.

Since i received the set i emailed them several times o only get responce whit commercials. I dont know what to do....

I found their policy and i made a kopie and sended it back to them.

IS THERE SOMEONE WHO CAN GIVE ME THE POSTADRESS ?????
