The campaign is on 20 Dec, I manage to login and add to cart but till payment I got problem. Error and I enter my credit card detail for more than 100 times. Then they announce campaign cancel and reschedule due to technical problem. We accepted even we wasted our 4 hours trying.

26 Dec, I login 8.50am just to prevent network traffic. But campaign not up till 9.15am. Finally we see it, click in then bad gateway like last week. After multiple attempts of refresh get in to click the iPad. No add to cart button, then go to their fb they say technical problem and they trying to resolve and up their website running again soon. Then after that they post sold out!! How the hell they sold out when their server are still having problem. They cheat us a consumer total of 10 hours. I hope that no one will encounter this again. Very horrible.

    Greetings from Brandsfever.

    Firstly, we would like to apologise for the bad experience you had with the iPad mini campaign held in December 2013.

    Secondly, the campaign had ended with highs and lows partly due to technical glitch, which resulted in customers were not able to complete the purchase and disappointed.
    And as much as we would love to have all the customers to purchase the iPad mini, we were unable to due to the limited quantity and unexpected overwhelming response.

    However, we took this as a learning curve and we would like to thank you for the support, and we will definitely improve on the future campaign.
