I placed and paid for my order on 11/29/2013. The order was to be shipped to Nigeria but I paid for it from my US credit card. it is now 5 weeks later (1/4/2014) and Tbdress has still not delivered the order to the recipient in Nigeria. All efforts to get information from their customer service has failed woefully. At first we were informed that the order was shipped out on 12/5/2013 and then the next time we called, we were told that the order shipped out on 12/16/2013 and now we are told that it has NOW left China.
This company is SCAM!! Do not purchase from this company. I suppose if you're in China you may actually receive your product.
Oh and Yes the tracking number they sent does not work and the company refuses to tell us the exact shipping company they used, after charging almost $100.00 for shipping.
Bunch of Scammers I tell you.
