ever since i switch to this company my lights dim a lot.... i can't even have my heaters on because it will dim the lights more do u know how cold it get this time of yr... and i have 3 kids... no damages yet but it this keeps on happening some of my electronics will b damege.... they need to do something or just let switch to another company without a penalty pay for breaking contract..

- Hi Anonymous - We are sorry you are experiencing problems with your electricity service. Unfortunately, Entrust Energy only is the Retail Electricity Provider for your bill. Entrust Energy does not deliver the power to your home - that would be your Transmission Distribution Utility. However, it seems as though you have an electrical circuit issue in your home. I would recommend you call a certified electrician to check out what is going on. I wish you the very best.
