I had someone from Entrust come by my house trying to sell me there services and tried to make the deal sweet by saying I would not have to pay AEP charges. I was amazed because no other company was offering that deal. I got a great kwh charge $.0700, but when I got the bill they charged me a crazy fee for TDU @ $97.84. I called Entrust and they told me that was an AEP charge. What? An AEP charge, but i was told my fee would be waived. I told the Entrust representavie that I was never charged that much with other companies, and she told me I was probably lying. I can't break the contract but if I could I would. I hate this company.
