I was shopping at Walmart and this vonage guy approached me and told me about this vonage deal.
I explicitly asked him if it is with contract. He said absolutely no contract.
I signed for it and later found out that from 9.99 a month, I was being charged $17 .
i called customer service and got explained that it reached that amount because of taxes and fees and later on its gonna be $ 25 a month.
I got transfered to a supervisor and she bluntly explained to me that those guys from Walmart are third parties and therefore not from vonage .
consequently , I can't get out of it unless I pay early termination fee.
