I entered a free survey which reulted in a free bottle of garcina max diet to which i had to path £1.99 postage on 29/12/2013 and the product did not even arrive.
Then on 14/12/2014 i checked my bank account details and an amount of £81.41 was taken from my account on 12/01/2014 which only only showed an my account on 14/01/2014.
I paid for a free product and have been charged twice for something that did not even arrive !!
How do I get my money back !!!
