I ordered 2 x £1.99 trials of 2 weight loss tablets from these people, they took the £1.99 payments in November under the name nitricia and then I have been on my bank this morning and they have also taken £84.71 in December and another £89.00 last week, I never agreed to either of these amounts being taken and desperately need my money back but don't know what to do? Please help

I have tried to phone the company Garcia Diet Max this morning on a phone number my bank have given me but they say their lines are busy so to send an email instead, which i have done - How can i get my money back?

- Hi, this also happened to me, I called my bank and they are going to dispute the transaction and cancel any further payments. If you go onto the garcinia diet website, there is a link to email them, so I have also emailed them asking for a refund. The bank didnt seem to think they would respond but they said to try it. As there was nothing recieved, the bank says I should get my money back. Fingers crossed.

- Its awaful isnt it :( When you say there was nothing received and the bank said you should get your money back - do you mean there was no product received for your money? Because i thought that this morning, if they have taken money then surely they should have sent pills for that value but i havent received any, therefore surely that is where they could be caught??

- I have also got the 2 free trials with only £1.99 to pay for each. The products haven't arrived yet (I ordered them last Fri 17th Jan 2014, and the transactions have shown up on my Internet banking this Mon 20th Jan) but after reading the above comments I am afraid I will also be charged £84 x 2! What can I do for this not to happen?
