I ordered five items from tbdress back in November they told me my items were shipped separately and even gave me a tracking number.My first two items (the cheapest items I ordered) arrived within about two weeks since they were shipped (even though the company told me it would arrive within 3-8 days). The quality was horrible but I wasn't expecting much based on the price. However when my three other items never arrived I checked the tracking number which told me that all of my orders were in Miami waiting for pick up since December 2nd. After two more weeks of no package I check the tracking order again only to see that they changed all the dates from the 2nd to the 12th of December although the package status did not change. I emailed the company twice about my issue and I have never heard from them even though I emailed them well over two weeks ago. I recently check my package order again and saw that one of my packages has a status of being delivered to Miami after 38 days (even though I live in New Jersey and have never received any packages) I have come to the conclusion that I will likely never receive these three items and I would like to either have a refund for the items that I did not receive or have the company actually send me my three items.
