Purchased a free one-time trial and was charged roughly 6 dollars for shipping/handling.Did not respond to the email or give any authorization to confirm a subscription however, was charged 96.89 Jan 3. Customer service number on the website is for a different company which did not have my order number on their file. Other phone numbers and email are non-responsive. Had to cancel my credit card and they are looking into the charges. I want my money back.
