I have ordered FREE SAMPLE trial size of Derma Juvenate as was posted on facebook for which I would be billed $3.95 US shipping charges. In a month my credit card was charged $100.92 US as a subscription for their products that I will receive every month.
I have called 1-888-447-6613 and also 1-888-960-3123 (960-92910), requested to cancel my subscription, requested to speak with supervisor to credit charges on my credit card --- was on hold over 15 min, hand up and called again, and again, over 7 times before actually was told that I am speaking to a supervisor. He gave me an address P.O. Box on Steeles Ave in North York to return product with RMA (return authorization #) by registered mail and then I would be given REFUND less 20% RESTOCKING FEE ( $17US).
I requested to get a street # and a full address , so I can personally return the product and get a signature. He refused, told me doesn't have a street address. Called my credit card company and started fraud investigation case.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS FRAUD !!!!!!!!!!! Irena, Richmond Hill, ON
