TBDress.com is a scam and a fraud. I order five items from them before Christmas 2013. They all arrived separately. The picture on their site make the items look stylish, well cut, great colours & good material. They put a real emphasis on the quality of their product with their website.
When my products arrived, I was so disappointed. The buttons are all in different places, the button holes are not big enough for the buttons so it cannot be fastened. The materials are so cheap they look like they might disintegrate if it rains. The zips and buttons are the cheapest plastic sprayed gold. They are not cut well and are completely different colours to those shown within the website. The lining of the arms is even longer than the actual arm itself!

Worse though, than their product is their customer service. I've been trying to get a refund since Christmas 2013 via emails to and from their customer services department. 'Abi' whose English is not great, keeps telling me I must kindly keep the products and cut the button holes myself. Then she offered me a $5 discount off my next order (as if!). Finally she offered me a $20 discount which is laughable given I spent nearly £150 with them.

I will be reporting their ads to Facebook & their business to trading standards.

Please don't waste your money & buy from them. You'd be better asking a child to make something for you out of a sheet.
