The complaint is a listing fraud posted on public forums or sites against an anonymous entity
The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity

International boundaries
Company sent trial offer of supplementary diet pills. Price was, if I recall correctly, about $3.00 for shipping. Here is what has happened:
1. my credit card was debited $79.00 on December 5, 2013
2. I received pills on the 13th of January 2014
3. Immediate call to company soliciting refund was dismissed with the statement that I had violated the "Terms and Conditions" by not asking for refund earlier
4, Credit Card company contacted Company which said they would immediately refund.
this never happened and the dispute continues in effect.
Clearly, this is not the first time this has happened.
