Placed order for trial. Received trial and it didn't work, sent back within allotted time. A week later there was a charge of $159.00 on my bank statement. I called and they said it would be refunded within 7-10 business days. I called again after 2 weeks and they said it was in the claims department. I called again 1 month later and same run around. Here I am, it is now May and I have yet to receive a refund or call or anything. I called again today and they aren't taking calls.
