I was misled into believing I was on the phone with Marriott reservations. I requested the medical discount for the Spring Hill Suites in Aurora CO, Anschutz Medical campus, and was tod this was the medical discount rate. I paid $169 for he room. when I needed to extend the stay, I was quoted a rate of $124. This is when I discovered I had made the first reservation through this apparent "3rd party" company. I tried to submit a complaint to them and the complaint form says "forbidden" when you try to send it.
