In December, 2013, I was having numerous issues with my laptop and was contacted by a technician from QResolve and talked me into purchasing their pc help. Since then, my computer has not been working and I kept getting redirected everytime I went online and I kept getting more and more programs on my computer that slowed my computer down and conflicted with other programs on my computer. I have since deleted any unnecessary files I had on my computer and cleaned some of it up myself, then received a call from a AllPC Help that said my computer was being threatened and my personal files were being hacked. I contacted the QResolve people numerous times and they kept telling me my computer was fixed, however, more and more often my computer would freeze up, cancel programs, continuously open up sometimes 19 times, the firefox internet. What the hell?? How can a company like this be allowed to scam money from people who are searching for help -- they could not even fix the slightest problem, like getting my printer on-screen. It was ridiculous! And, I gave them more than one chance to fix it!!
