This company hypes a "free trial" for which the customer pays shipping and handling of 4.95. Their list of terms and conditions is so long as to be burdensome, yet the consumer is supposed to read and heed and understand the obfuscated language that, if you do not like the trial you must contact them in 14 days or be automatically added to their auto order program. I never even had a chance to try the product and received two unauthorized charges to my credit card in the amount of approx $80 each for garcinia and green tea --$160.oo The bank would not help and the company itself could care less. Customer service knows that this is a scam and those who represent this company as being above reproach are simply lying. Their product is not as good as others and they charge 2-3 times as much for one month $79. Terrible customer satisfaction and a company that does not care it seduces unsuspecting consumers and relieves them of hard-earned income or, in my case, social security benefits. Buyer beware! I learned my lesson at the cost of $180 for a product I did not even have a chance to try.
