I had ordered a bracelet online and never received it. When I emailed in December to tell her that it was a Christmas gift, she promised it had been mailed (with no tracking) and I would receive it by then. I did not and still to this day have not received it. I emailed her to complain that I would report her and then received an email saying she would replace it. Again a month later, still nothing and no replies to my emails.
