I placed an order for a dress in October 2013. I received an email from the company asking to verify my size. I immediately responded with the verification of the size of my dress. A month later, I had not received my dress. I emailed them for status and they didn't respond until November. This is when they informed me that the dress had never been made. At this point, I cancelled the order. Although it was not my fault for the cancellation, they will not refund my money because they said I hadn't cancelled withing 48 hours of the order. WORST company ever!
