I placed 2 orders with this company of the same dress by mistake i tried to get in contact with customer service to see if i could cancel one or atleast change the color of one of the dresses, no luck. It has been months and everytime i check my orders status it says payment was recieved order submitted to warehouse for processing, i cant get my money back and i have not recieved my items this was order 3 months ago
