Green dot stop my card on more than one occasion due to "unusual activity". I use my card for normal transactions. All of a sudden, my card is declined (very embarrassing). They have you on a leash! This is slavery! When you call customer service (takes forever to speak to a human), they just follow the protocol on their cpu screen, providing no help what-so-ever (they too sound like programmed robots). They cant even answer your questions! The question is, how do you monitor card activity and just decide to cut-off card usage without contacting the primary card user first? This has happened more than once; this company sucks!!! Stay away from these scammers!!! They want you to keep opening new accounts, which they close whenever they want. Bullshit!!!
