Been a loyal customer for years, so imagine my surprise when I check to see if my payroll check loaded to find out from a recording that they decided to close my account. ZERO WARNING they couldn't even bother with an email. So after several calls to try and reach a human being I finally got another recording saying my direct deposit will be sent back in a couple business days, being it's Friday I have to wait till sometime next week for money. We are fixing to be snowed in by major winter storm and I can not get any food or fuel for emergency heat if power goes out. I feel like a powerless victim here and I will be literally starving for the next 4 days.
