I ordered a Blue Evening Gown size 14 on or about January, 20th 2014. I received it on February 19th 2014. When I received the dress it was cheaply made ,too small it fit more like a size 10 instead of a 14 and extremely long. I emailed the company to make them aware of my concern, I recevied a reply from Heidi in Custoemr Service telling me that I needed to take a picture of the dress and send it to her. Why do I need to take a picture in a dress that is two sizes to small and send to anyone? She also said if TBDRESS sent the the wrong size they would send me a refund. But if I ordeded the wrong size it was my fault and I will not get a refund I could exchange for another dress. Why would I want to do that.I returned the dress on Friday 21 in hopes of receiving my full refund of 117.95
