Tickets were purchased and then seats were changed when mailed. Ticket agent Natalie sent me an email and verbal said to return the tickets for a full refund. I returned the tickets via USPS tracking and they were returned by the deadline of Tuesday 2/25/14. Owen then emailed back that they would only refund $30 per ticket, however tickets were already shipped. As of today IceColdTickets will not refund the money or issue the tickets back to us. Concert is in two days. I have left several messages and emails, with no resolve. I am at a lost of what to do to recoup my money. Help!
